Important Information
- We do not offer a right of return on personalized pots.
- It is very important that the images you upload are clear.Take them from the front and in profile.
- Ensure that the eye color is clearly visible in the pictures.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mypetpots is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly and the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
About 4-7 Weeks
Typically, this process spans approximately 4 to 7 weeks. We appreciate your patience because great art can't be rushed, and we're dedicated to making sure your custom pot is paw-sitively perfect!
HOW TO KNOW IF MY PHOTO IS GOOD ENOUGH?
We can work with almost any photo, including those from mobile phones. To ensure your custom plant pot looks its best, please:
- Use the highest resolution photo you have (2000x2000 pixels is ideal).
- Make sure your pet(s) are centered and fully in the frame.
- Upload two pictures. One from the front and one in profile.
- Take your photo in natural light or a brightly lit setting.
- It is important that the eye color is clearly visible in the picture.
We'll review each photo to guarantee your pot turns out just right!
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
YES, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email.
